Your earlier post on learning from St Benedict came to me at the same time as a recent radio interview with two Benedictine monks (on radio 4) at Buckfast Abbey in Devon. Their conversation revealed that they, too, sometimes question some of the teachings/rituals that have become part of monastic life. See - flexibility and reflection can be found in the most unexpected of places! It's always good to reflect & learn from wiser others. Thanks for sharing :) Best wishes, NikkiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5701097386033513768.post-46074218258894540912015-03-04T06:32:07.444+00:002015-03-04T06:32:07.444+00:00How delightful to see your Spring photos Claire (e...How delightful to see your Spring photos Claire (even though we are heading into Autumn!)Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18233631855574286076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5701097386033513768.post-69920779266802880442015-03-03T01:10:31.317+00:002015-03-03T01:10:31.317+00:00Gorgeous photos, thanks for sharing! I've never tried beetroot soup. My memories of beetroot is the smell of them cooking in the kitchen. It was rather unpleasant as I recall, and it has always put me off!
Have a lovely week,
Leanne xxLeannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15617604296746784414noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5701097386033513768.post-28493427656332505652015-03-02T14:45:21.583+00:002015-03-02T14:45:21.583+00:00What gorgeous colours appearing everywhere.
